২. আমরা কোন তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি?
আপনি যা দেন
- অ্যাকাউন্ট তথ্য (নাম, ইমেইল)
- শিশুর প্রোফাইল (নাম, জন্ম তারিখ, লিঙ্গ)
- স্বাস্থ্য ও দৈনন্দিন লগ (খাওয়া, ঘুম, ডায়াপার, ওষুধ, টিকা, বৃদ্ধির তথ্য)
- ছবি ও ডকুমেন্ট (আপনি যা আপলোড করেন)
স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে সংগৃহীত
- ডিভাইসের ধরন ও অপারেটিং সিস্টেম
- অ্যাপ ব্যবহারের পরিসংখ্যান (ক্র্যাশ রিপোর্ট, পারফরম্যান্স ডেটা)
- ইন্টারনেট সংযোগের তথ্য
৩. তথ্য কীভাবে ব্যবহার করি?
- অ্যাপের সেবা প্রদান ও উন্নত করতে
- টিকা ও ওষুধের রিমাইন্ডার পাঠাতে
- শিশুর বৃদ্ধির চার্ট ও বিশ্লেষণ তৈরি করতে
- প্রযুক্তিগত সমস্যা সমাধান করতে
- আপনার সম্মতিতে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ আপডেট জানাতে
আমরা আপনার তথ্য কখনো তৃতীয় পক্ষের কাছে বিক্রি করি না।
৪. তথ্য কার সাথে শেয়ার হয়?
নিচের সীমিত ক্ষেত্র ছাড়া আমরা আপনার তথ্য কারো সাথে শেয়ার করি না:
- পরিষেবা প্রদানকারী: ক্লাউড স্টোরেজ ও পুশ নোটিফিকেশনের জন্য বিশ্বস্ত প্রযুক্তি অংশীদার (যেমন Firebase)
- আইনি বাধ্যবাধকতা: আদালতের আদেশ বা আইনি প্রয়োজনীয়তায়
- আপনার সম্মতিতে: আপনি যদি কোনো ডেটা শেয়ার করতে অনুমতি দেন
৫. শিশুর তথ্যের বিশেষ সুরক্ষা
শিশুদের তথ্য আমাদের কাছে অত্যন্ত সংবেদনশীল। এই অ্যাপ সরাসরি শিশুদের জন্য নয়, বরং তাদের বাবা-মায়ের জন্য। শিশু সংক্রান্ত সমস্ত তথ্য এনক্রিপ্টেড আকারে সংরক্ষিত হয় এবং কেবলমাত্র আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট থেকেই অ্যাক্সেস করা যায়। আমরা কখনো শিশুর তথ্য বিজ্ঞাপনের উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহার করি না।

৮. তথ্য কতদিন রাখা হয়?
আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট সক্রিয় থাকা পর্যন্ত তথ্য সংরক্ষিত থাকে। অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে দেওয়ার পর ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে সমস্ত ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য স্থায়ীভাবে মুছে ফেলা হয়। ব্যাকআপ থেকে পূর্ণ মুছে ফেলতে সর্বোচ্চ ৯০ দিন লাগতে পারে।
৯. তৃতীয় পক্ষের লিঙ্ক
অ্যাপে তৃতীয় পক্ষের ওয়েবসাইটের লিঙ্ক থাকতে পারে। সেসব সাইটের গোপনীয়তা নীতির জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই।
১০. নীতি পরিবর্তন
আমরা এই নীতি পরিবর্তন করলে অ্যাপের মাধ্যমে বা ইমেইলে আপনাকে জানাব। বড় পরিবর্তনের ক্ষেত্রে পুনরায় সম্মতি চাওয়া হবে।

Children's data is treated with the highest sensitivity. This app is designed for parents, not children. All child-related information is stored in encrypted form and is accessible only through your account. We never use children's data for advertising purposes.

8. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, all personal data is permanently erased within 30 days. Full removal from backups may take up to 90 days.

10. Policy Changes
If we change this policy, we will notify you via the app or by email. For significant changes, we will request your renewed consent.
